People often use the term OCD without actually knowing what it is to experience it. Echo is a public awareness campaign that focuses on people with OCD and the different ways it affects them and those around them. This pop-up exhibit contains a simulation intended to awaken those without OCD and educate them on how to be more mindful in the future.

 

People with OCD struggle with anxiety, insecurity, unwanted and intrusive thoughts. More than half of adults with untreated OCD report that their condition has a negative impact on important relationships (work, home, and personal life). Echo’s objective is to inspire people to be more compassionate and understanding towards all people.
